If one of our products is faulty, or if you have any problems with delivery, please contact our customer service department at contact@anaja.fr. We are committed to answering within 48 hours. Depending on your situation, we may consider an exchange or refund of your order.
PARCEL RETURNS: PROCEDURE AND INFORMATION
At Anaja, we’re committed to your complete satisfaction. If you wish to return a parcel, please follow our returns procedure below for fast and efficient processing:
RETURN REQUEST
Send an e-mail to contact@anaja.fr to request a return.
RETURN CONFIRMATION :
- Request a return online
- Our returns department will analyze your request to ensure that it complies with our return conditions.
- If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service department. This email will give you instructions on how to return the item and the deadline for doing so.
- If your request is not accepted, we will contact you by email to ask for more information.

PREPARATION OF THE RETURN PACKAGE :
- Choose a standardized box or reuse the original one.
- Place the products to be returned in their original packaging, with labels, in perfect condition, unworn, without dirt or deterioration.
- Close the package carefully to prevent any opening during transport.
- Visit a post office to send your return parcel.
FURTHER INFORMATION ON RETURNS :
- The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from receipt of the purchased product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller of his name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as his decision to exercise his right, by post or e-mail.
