1. Data controller

1.1 ANAJA, whose registered office is at 190 Rue Topaze, 13510 Eguilles, is identified as the data controller (hereinafter referred to as “ANAJA”). In this context, ANAJA and its service providers acting in its name and on its behalf are responsible for defining the purposes and the technical and legal means of processing personal data. ANAJA undertakes to implement all the organizational measures necessary to ensure secure processing that complies with the legislation in force, in particular the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, amended by the Act of August 6, 2004, as well as the European Regulation of April 26, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter the “GDPR Regulation”).

ANAJA is free to choose any natural or legal person acting as a subcontractor for the processing of Users’ personal data, acting at its request and on its behalf (hereinafter referred to as “the subcontractor”). In this context, ANAJA undertakes to select a subcontractor that guarantees adequate technical and organizational security measures for the processing of personal data.

2. Processing of personal data

5.4 International transfers No data will be transferred to countries outside the European Union.

6. User rights and limited liability
