1. Data controller

1.1 ANAJA, whose registered office is at 190 Rue Topaze, 13510 Eguilles, is identified as the data controller (hereinafter referred to as “ANAJA”). In this context, ANAJA and its service providers acting in its name and on its behalf are responsible for defining the purposes and the technical and legal means of processing personal data. ANAJA undertakes to implement all the organizational measures necessary to ensure secure processing that complies with the legislation in force, in particular the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, amended by the Act of August 6, 2004, as well as the European Regulation of April 26, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter the “GDPR Regulation”).

1.2. ANAJA is free to choose any natural or legal person acting as a subcontractor for the processing of Users’ personal data, acting at its request and on its behalf (hereinafter referred to as “the subcontractor”). In this context, ANAJA undertakes to select a subcontractor that guarantees adequate technical and organizational security measures for the processing of personal data.

2. Processing of personal data

2.1. The use of the Site, access to some of its sections and/or any request for information or services from Users of the Site may entail the communication of personal data. The processing of such data by ANAJA, in its capacity as Data Controller, and/or by service providers acting in the name and on behalf of ANAJA, will be carried out in compliance with the legislation in force, in particular the GDPR Law and Regulation.

2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform Users about how ANAJA handles their personal data before they access the various sections of the Site and communicate their personal data. The purpose of processing Users’ personal data is to facilitate the processing and delivery of orders placed on the ANAJA Site. The ordering process on the website requires the creation of a customer account, where information is recorded and secured by a password chosen by the customer.

3.1 Use for Commercial Purposes Subject to customer approval (opt-in), personal information, such as personal data, e-mail address, gender, etc., may also be used by ANAJA and/or its partners for commercial purposes, in particular the sending of newsletters or solicitations.

4. Categories of Personal Data Processed and Withdrawal of Consent

Information provided by Users when filling in forms or creating their customer account is collected and processed. This data may include Users’ name, gender, height, address, e-mail address and telephone number. Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the legality of previous processing.

5.1 Transmission to Employees or Collaborators Personal data may be transmitted to employees or collaborators of ANAJA, acting under the direct authority of the company as data processors or subcontractors, following appropriate operational guidelines.

5.2 Guarantees and External service providers ANAJA ensures that its subcontractors, employees or collaborators guarantee an equivalent level of protection and process personal data only for authorized purposes, with the required discretion and security.

5.3 Processing by External Service Providers Personal data provided directly by Users via online forms may be communicated to and processed by external service providers acting in the name and on behalf of ANAJA.

5.4 International transfers No data will be transferred to countries outside the European Union.

6. User rights and limited liability

6.1 Droit d’Accès et Correction Conformément à l’article 15 du Règlement RGPD, les Utilisateurs ont le droit d’obtenir d’ANAJA des informations concernant leurs données personnelles. Users may correct incorrect data in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR.

6.2 Deletion and Limitation of Processing The right to the deletion of personal data is provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR. The User may request the limitation of the processing of his/her personal data in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR Regulation. 6.3 Data Portability and Opposition to Processing In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, Users have the right to receive their personal data in a structured, machine-readable format. Users may also object to the processing of their personal data.
