General Terms and Conditions (GTC)


These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTCS”) govern the contractual relationship and transactions between ANAJA SASU, a company with share capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Aix en Provence Trade and Companies Registry under number B 982 156 499, whose registered office is located at 190 RUE TOPAZE 13510 EGUILLES, operating under the trade name Anaha, and any natural person, consumer placing an order for products through the online store via the website. (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), an e-commerce site accessible to all users of the Internet.

The General Terms and Conditions take precedence over any other conditions contained in any other document. All orders placed by the Customer imply the Customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of the GCS, and the Customer acknowledges full knowledge thereof.

As the GCS may be modified at any time, those applicable are those in force on the day the order is placed by the Customer.

The GCS are available for consultation in French.


  1. The Products offered for sale on the Site are intended for the Customer’s personal and private use.
  2. The Site presents, for each product, a description giving the Customer the information required on the essential characteristics of the Product and its price.
  3. The photos and visuals of the Products are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
  4. The Products comply with the provisions of French law in force on the date they are put on sale, relating to personal health and safety, fair trading and consumer protection.


  1. The applicable sales prices are the prices in force at the time the order is placed, as displayed on the Site, all taxes included.

  2. To the selling price of the Product ordered, delivery charges must be added, where applicable.

  3. The total amount due by the Customer is indicated at the time of order confirmation.

  4. The Vendor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Customer the application of the price in force at the time of the order.


  1. The Products offered for sale on the Site are available.

  2. In the event that a Product is unavailable, the words “Available on order” may appear on the Product description, indicating that it is a pre-order.

  3. The payment will be effective at the time of the validation of the basket, as for a traditional order, because the article will be reserved.

  4. The manufacturing period, excluding delivery, is 10 days minimum.


  1. All Products are covered by the legal warranty for defects in the item sold, as stipulated in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, and by the warranty of conformity, as stipulated in articles L.211-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

  2. When the Customer is acting under a legal warranty of conformity :

    • He/she has a period of two (2) years from delivery of the Product to take action.
    • He/she is free to choose between replacing the non-conforming Product or reimbursing it, subject to certain cost conditions set out in article L.211-9 of the French Consumer Code.
    • The customer is exempt from proving the lack of conformity of the Product for a period of six (6) months following delivery of the Product.
  3. The customer is also entitled to invoke the warranty for hidden product defects under article 1641 of the French Civil Code.

  4. In the event of such a warranty being invoked, the customer is free to choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction in the purchase price in accordance with article 1644 of the French Civil Code.


Product orders are subject to immediate payment.

At the end of the order process, the customer receives an e-mail confirming that the order has been registered and the purchase invoice.

The Vendor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there are difficulties relating to previous orders.

The Vendor notifies the Customer by e-mail when the order has been dispatched.


The amount due by the customer is payable in full when the Product is ordered.

The customer has two means of payment:

  • Payment by credit/debit card
  • Payment via Paypal

The Vendor reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of difficulties encountered in collecting payment.


The Product is delivered by post once the order has been placed and the price has been paid by the Customer.

Delivery is made to the geographical address communicated by the Customer at the time of ordering.

If delivery is rendered impossible due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer, the Vendor will notify the Customer by e-mail, and in the event of no response, will cancel the order and refund the sums paid by the Customer.

The delivery time is as follows:

  • Between 1 and 4 days for France.
  • Between 3 and 7 days for European countries.

Delivery is free for all orders over €200 in France and Europe only.

In France, relay delivery is also free, with no minimum purchase and a delivery time of 2 to 7 days.

A delay in delivery of more than seven days, not due to force majeure, may result in termination of the sale if the Customer so requests by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to the Seller’s head office.


In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 121-21 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product purchased.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Vendor :

  • Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  • His decision to exercise his right of withdrawal by post or e-mail.

In the event of retraction, the Customer may return the product(s) at his/her own expense to the postal address of SAS ANAJA 190 rue topaze 13510 Eguilles, France after confirmation by the Seller. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, with the labels, in perfect condition, unworn, without dirt or deterioration.

The Seller will refund all payments received, excluding delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the return of the product in perfect condition.

The Vendor will use the same method of reimbursement as that used by the Customer to pay for the order.

Anaja undertakes to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, the Customer may have free recourse to the mediation service of the Centre de Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs justice (CM2C), whose contact details are as follows: 14 rue Saint-Jean – 75017 Paris.

In addition, the European Commission has set up a dispute resolution platform, accessible here, designed to collect any complaints from consumers following an online purchase, and then pass them on to the relevant national mediators.


Anaja cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the sale due either to the fault of the Customer, or to the insurmountable and unforeseeable fault of a third party to the contract, or to force majeure.

Anaja cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions or damage related to the use of the Internet, such as service interruption, external intrusion, presence of computer viruses, fraudulent use of credit cards, etc.


The products offered by Anaja are protected by design and trademark law. Any reproduction, total or partial, distribution or use for commercial purposes of the products is strictly forbidden.


Anaja will not pass on any personal data provided by the customer to third parties, unless required to do so by law or court order. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer may obtain access to, modify, rectify or delete his or her personal information by contacting Anaja.


The General Terms and Conditions and the contractual relationship between Anaja SASU and the Customer are governed by French law.
