Shipping Policy

The product is delivered by post once the customer has placed the order and made the required payment.

Delivery is made to the geographical address provided by the customer when the order is placed.

RELAY POINT DELIVERY

In France: Estimated delivery time between 3 and 7 days. Free delivery, no minimum purchase.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Delivery is free for all orders over €200, valid only in France and Europe.

In France: Between 1 and 4 days.
In Europe: Between 3 and 7 days.
Outside Europe: Between 7 and 15 days depending on geographical zone; customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes and other charges applicable in their respective countries.

“Available to order“ indicates a pre-order, implying a minimum manufacturing lead time of 10 days, in addition to the delivery lead time. In such cases, the complete order will be dispatched as soon as all items are in stock.
