These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTCS”) govern the contractual relationship and transactions between ANAJA SASU, a company with share capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Aix en Provence Trade and Companies Registry under number B 982 156 499, whose registered office is located at 190 RUE TOPAZE 13510 EGUILLES, operating under the trade name Anaha, and any natural person, consumer placing an order for products through the online store via the website. https:\/\/www.anaja.fr<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), an e-commerce site accessible to all users of the Internet.<\/p>\n

The General Terms and Conditions take precedence over any other conditions contained in any other document. All orders placed by the Customer imply the Customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of the GCS, and the Customer acknowledges full knowledge thereof.<\/p>\n

As the GCS may be modified at any time, those applicable are those in force on the day the order is placed by the Customer.<\/p>\n

  2. The Site presents, for each product, a description giving the Customer the information required on the essential characteristics of the Product and its price.<\/li>\n
  3. The photos and visuals of the Products are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.<\/li>\n
  4. The Products comply with the provisions of French law in force on the date they are put on sale, relating to personal health and safety, fair trading and consumer protection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        The payment will be effective at the time of the validation of the basket, as for a traditional order, because the article will be reserved.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
